I’m holding fast to my integrity and not loosening my grip
— and, believe me, I’ll never regret it.
Job 27:6, The Message
I’m a Chicago transplant from Wichita, Kansas, home of aircraft manufacturing and Quik Trips. I’m from a family founded firmly in faith and love. I’m from a pair of parents who show me daily how much they love me and the extent they will go to to provide for me. I’m from a low-diversity public school that emphasized athletics and extracurriculars. I’m from a long line of logical and rational thinkers. We’re practical people, but no one ever told me not to dream big. I’m mostly from love, if I had to pick one place. The absolute location doesn’t matter quite so much as the people around me. I’ve always been surrounded by love, and that’s an environment I want to provide to every person I meet, in whatever capacity I’m capable of offering. I’m from people who are delighted with who I am, and I’m so blessed to have that comfort.

It was great to see you and Gordon at the wedding, I regret that I did not take more time to talk with you. Hopefully we can remedy that at Thanksgiving. I have some pics but very few at the reception, who could take pictures while having so much fun?
